Bell and Blue – Trading Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, these modifications will take place on the day they are posted. Any such changes will be posted on our website. Continual use of our website implies customer’s understanding and acceptance of these modifications.
Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves in processing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Standard orders will be dispatched the day after the order has been placed and delivered within 3-5 working days. If your order will not meet the delivery time scheduled on our website, we will contact you to inform you of any delay and to advise a new delivery date. Orders will be sent using a courier service or royal mail and orders may need to be signed for, left with a neighbour with signature or in a safe place if instructed to do so.
Specified items which are promoted as free delivery will be delivered within 3-5 working days and will not eliminate additional delivery charges if other non free delivery items have been purchased.

We ensure any personal information given will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party companies. If at any time you wish to have your information removed from our active databases, please contact us. We abide by the requirements of the Data protection act 1998. We reserve the right to use personal information for the following:
- Processing your orders
- Inform you of any updates relating to your order
- Inform you of any updates relating to the delivery of your order
- Updating you on our new/ latest products
Personal information includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and passwords. If you would like to opt out of our email communications simply click on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of every email. Returns & Replacements
If you would like to cancel your order, we comply under distance selling regulations and you must notify us within 7 working days of placing your order. If your order has been dispatched it must be returned as below, at your cost and in the condition it was dispatched in.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return your order, we allow up to 14 working days for the item/s to be returned in order to receive a refund, excluding original delivery fees. Bell & Blue does not cover the cost of returning an item, unless the reason for the return is due to incorrect delivery or reasons agreed between the customer and Bell & Blue. Any return costs in this instance, must be approved with Bell and Blue as we prefer to use our own courier method. We request all items to be returned in the original saleable packaging and must be returned to our warehouse address as noted below, along with the returns note including your name and address as well as the reason for the return.

A refund will be processed when the items have been received and we are satisfied the goods have been returned in a re-sellable condition. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed from the date the goods are received back to our warehouse.
We strive to provide items of the highest quality and we try to ensure every package is well protected for delivery but parcels can occasionally get damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us within 48 hours of the order being delivered, our contact is email@example.com or 01455 558677. If items are reported damaged after 48 hours we reserve the right to not refund or replace your order. Images of how the goods were received will be requested.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive or VAT. Delivery charges are shown during the check out process of when an order is placed. Delivery terms are stated at the beginning of our terms. Orders can be placed online at www.bellandblue.com and over telephone on 01455 558677.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We strive to ensure all our prices are correct, if there is a price difference we will inform you immediately, should you then wish to cancel your order we will refund you for the product under dispute.
We do not accept payment by American Express cards, however can accept the following methods:
Discount codes have expiry dates and will no longer work after this date has passed.
To view your order, simply login to your account and on the left hand side click my orders to view all your historic and current orders.

Changing account information:
You can modify your name, address and phone number under the address book section in your account. To alter your password or email place click on edit next to contact information on the My dashboard page.
Our offices are closed on Bank Holidays. Our Christmas posting dates will be available to view at the end of November.
