Shipping & Delivery

We pride ourselves in processing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Standard orders will be dispatched the day after the order has been placed and delivered within 2-5 working days.  Orders placed using our next day service should be placed before 11am to receive delivery the following day.  If your order does not meet the delivery time scheduled on our website, we will contact you to inform you of any delay and to advise a new delivery date.  Orders will be sent using a courier service or royal mail and orders may need to be signed for, left with a neighbour with signature or in a safe place if instructed to do so.  
Special deliveries, next day and Royal Mail delivery period will vary and you will be updated on delivery dates on your confirmation email once your order has been placed. 
Specified items which are promoted as free delivery will be delivered within 2-5 working days and will not eliminate additional delivery charges if other non free delivery items have been purchased.
Extra delivery charges may be incurred for certain furniture items or if there are specific requirements not met within our usual terms.

Delivery prices are based on the weight and size of each individual item. Items over 20kg will be delivered using a dedicated delivery vehicle and a date for delivery will need to be confirmed before the item will be dispatched.

We ensure any personal information given will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party companies. If at any time you wish to have your information removed from our active databases, please contact us.  We abide by the requirements of the Data protection act 1998.  We reserve the right to use personal information for the following:

  • Updating you on our new/ latest products

Returns & Replacements

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your order, we allow up to 14 working days for this item to be returned in order to receive a refund, excluding original delivery fees.  Bell & Blue does not cover the cost of returning an item, unless the reason for return is due to incorrect delivery or reasons agreed between the customer and Bell & Blue.  Any return costs in this instance, must be approved with Bell and Blue as we prefer to use our own courier method. We request all items to be returned in the original saleable packaging and must be returned to our warehouse address along with the returns note including your name and address as well as the reason for return:

A refund will be processed when the items have been received and we are satisfied the goods have been returned in a re-sellable condition, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed from the date the goods are received back to our warehouse.

If you would like to cancel your order, we comply under distance selling regulations and you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.  If your order has been dispatched your order must be returned at your cost and in the condition they were dispatched in. Once the returned item has been received a refund will be issue excluding original delivery fees.
We strive to provide items of the highest quality and we try to ensure every package is well protected for delivery but parcels can occasionally get damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us info@bellandblue.com or 01455 558677 as soon as possible.  Images of how the goods were received may be requested.  

Ordering

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive or VAT.  Delivery charges are shown during the check out process of when an order is placed.  Delivery terms are stated at the beginning of our terms. Any order placed on an express next day delivery, two day delivery or royal mail delivery service cannot be amended when the order has been placed

We strive to ensure all our prices are correct, if there is a price difference we will inform you immediately, should you then wish to cancel your order we will refund you for the product under dispute.

  2. Click on the ‘forgot your password link?’
  3. Enter your email address
  4. A link will be sent to your email, 
  5. Click on link and reset your password

 

Changing Account Information:

You can modify your name, address and phone number under the address book section in your account.  To alter your password or email place click on edit next to contact information on the my dashboard page.

Bank Holidays

Our offices are closed on Bank Holidays.  Our Christmas posting dates will be available to view at the end of November 2017.  For enquiries during this time please email us on info@bellandblue.com or telephone us on 01455 558677 and leave a message and a member of the team will come back to you on our return.  Orders may be delayed due to courier or warehouse holidays over the bank holiday period.
